Market context
Florida PACU roles are often competitive because hospitals and surgical centers need nurses who can manage post-anesthesia recovery, monitor airway and pain status, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions. This role typically favors candidates with an RN degree, a valid Florida license, one year of staff RN experience, and current or timely BLS, ACLS, and PALS credentials.
