Provide clinical treatment and evidence-based interventions to children and their families within a multi-disciplinary Youth ACT team. Participate in daily team meetings and maintain accurate daily case records and documentation.
Must hold a NYS license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, or a Limited Permit. Requires a valid driver's license, personal transportation with specific insurance limits, and experience in person-centered behavioral health.
Provide treatment to the child and their family/caregivers to address the clinical needs of the child and the complex needs of the family unit. Utilize individualized treatment and evidence-based practices to address identified clinical and family system needs. Actively participate in daily team meetings for status review, service plan updates and staff assignments. Update case records daily. Complete all required documentation.
A NYS Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical/Masters Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. Limited Permit holders are eligible. Prefer experience with multi-disciplinary in-home and community-based services Strong background in recovery-based and person-centered behavioral health services Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation: Helio Health's insurance carrier requires that employees who drive personal vehicles for work maintain minimum auto insurance coverage limits of at least $100,000/person; $300,000/accident and that employees provide HR with proof of current minimum insurance coverage (copy of Auto Liability Insurance Declaration Page) on their first day of employment. Good data management and utilization skills. Good communication skills. Multilingual a plus.
