- Schedule: Rotating Shift l PRN What You Will Do Lead clinical operations for your assigned shift, directing and mentoring nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of safety and care are met across the unit. Optimize patient-centered assignments by assessing daily care needs and strategically matching staff skills to patient complexity for the best possible outcomes. Drive clinical excellence by evaluating the effectiveness of care delivery and proactively identifying opportunities to improve patient recovery and experience. Resolve care challenges by acting as the primary advocate for patients and families, managing concerns with empathy and professionalism through the proper clinical channels. Cultivate a high-performing team by contributing to the hiring, training, and development of staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical growth.
