  • Schedule: Nights | Full Time | Weekend and Holiday Rotation | 7:00pm - 7:00am How you'll make an impact in this role Lead the birth and recovery experience by implementing personalized care plans that prioritize the safety, comfort, and clinical stability of both the parent and the newborn. Advocate for the family unit by serving as the central coordinator between obstetricians, pediatricians, and specialists to ensure a seamless and supportive care journey. Deliver expert clinical interventions by executing physician orders with precision, ensuring every stage, labor through postpartum, is managed with the highest safety standards. Empower new families for the transition home by assessing discharge needs early and providing the education and resources necessary for a confident start at home. What minimum qualifications you'll need

  • Certification /
  • Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • One or more of the following are preferred: Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program. Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional requirements you'll need LDRP experience preferred.

Requirements

Requires a Registered Nurse credential from the Indiana Board of Nursing and BLS certification. A nursing diploma or professional licensure is required, with LDRP experience and advanced certifications preferred.
