Market context

Texas respiratory therapy roles stay in demand

Registered Respiratory Therapist positions in Texas are commonly tied to hospital and acute care staffing needs, so candidates with current BLS and RRT certification often see steady interest. This role is competitive because employers usually want an associate’s degree or equivalent experience plus less than 1 year of experience, and the benefits package includes a dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match up to 5%, debt-free tuition assistance, and immediate time off access. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your credentials and prepare to highlight any clinical rotations or recent hands-on respiratory care experience.
