- Sign-on bonus: $10,000.00 What You Will Do Assess patient conditions deeply by conducting initial and ongoing evaluations to uncover unique mobility challenges and establish a precise baseline for recovery. Design collaborative care plans alongside patients and their families, ensuring the roadmap to wellness is transparent, highly personalized, and evolves with their progress. Deliver masterful therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques to alleviate pain, restore function, and help patients confidently reclaim their daily lives. Lead and mentor the clinical team by overseeing physical therapy assistants, support personnel, and students to foster a culture of continuous learning and exceptional patient care.
