How you’ll contribute
- You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
- Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
- Documents patient care provided.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
- Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
- Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
- Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts or units as needed.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- What we're looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- ACLS, BCLS, PALS; NIHSS within 90 days of hire
- 1 to 3 years of RN Emergency Department experience required
- Charge Nurse experience preferred
