  • Schedule: Days | Full Time | 7:00am - 3:30pm, Every other weekend requirement What You Will Do Establish meaningful therapeutic relationships with adolescent patients to foster a safe, trusting environment conducive to emotional healing. Deliver compassionate direct care and therapeutic interventions that support each patient’s unique treatment goals and daily physical needs. Monitor and document behavioral trends with precision, ensuring the clinical team has the insights needed to provide high-quality, responsive care. Advocate for patient progress by reporting real-time changes in condition and collaborating on vital adjustments to their individualized treatment plans.

  • Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certification specializing in Crisis Prevention preferred. Nurse Aide credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing preferred.

Education

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
