Salary

• $88,263.96 - $124,602.44 per year What You Will Do Womens Health and Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program. Guide patients through the continuum of care, serving as a primary point of contact and support. Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, administration, and external stakeholders. Coordinate treatment efforts, support quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to patient education. Track outcomes, analyze data for process improvements, and assist with referrals and follow-up care, particularly for underserved populations.

• Registration: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire. Additional Preferences Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing Preferred One year clinical case management and/or two years of nursing experience. Administrative Experince a plus. Experince in womens health and familar with Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program a plus.
