  • Schedule: Part-Time, Weekends only What You Will Do Support patients with empathy by assisting with personal care and daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety throughout their stay. Champion a welcoming environment by guiding patients safely through their entry and exit journeys, creating a seamless and positive first and last impression. Serve as a critical line of communication by observing and promptly reporting changes in patients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being to the nursing team to ensure timely care interventions. Document patient care journeys with accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining high-quality records that support the clinical team's care plans. Maintain pristine care environments by keeping patient rooms orderly and ensuring medical equipment is ready for use, directly contributing to a safe, efficient, and healing atmosphere.

  • Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work within a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certifications may be required by specific job locations.

Education

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, or one year of applicable experience. Must hold a valid Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential and obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
