Requirements summary

Therapist responsibilities include
Clinical treatment & therapy
Facilitate effective group and individual therapy sessions

Engage and motivate resistant or disengaged individuals to participate in treatment

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following
Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychology, addictions studies, social work or related field with specialty or concentration in counseling is required.
Professional License (i.e., LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist), or license from PA Certification Board (i.e., CAAC, CADC, CAADC, CCS) will need to be achieved within 2-3 years of hire is required
Experience working with clients who have a substance use disorder diagnosis preferred.
