Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests Conduct in-depth health histories and physical examinations Analyzes data collected to determine health status and identify differential diagnoses based on history, physical exam, and clinical findings. Develop and implement care plans with physicians and patients Manage therapeutic interventions and perform advanced procedures Reassess and modify plan treatment plans to achieve medical and health goals. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Required: For Nurse Practitioners Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (preferably ACNP/AGACNP) Current Massachusetts NP license Board Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
