BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Not required to maintain as the NURSAID does not expire for hospital settings.
Current enrollment in High School and qualification in the Youth Apprenticeship program per School requirements is required.
