· Provide prenatal care, including physical examinations, prenatal testing, counseling and education to pregnant patients. · Admits, manages and delivers own OB patients. · Assists physicians with C-sections and other surgeries. · Appropriately and promptly recognizes and responds to the need for intervention and emergencies and refers to or obtains assistance from physicians. · Conduct postpartum visits, including physical assessments, breastfeeding support and counseling on newborn care. · Provide gynecological care, including exams, contraceptive counseling and treatment of common gynecological conditions. · Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients · Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards · Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
