  • Responsibilities will include prescribing initial medications and delivering health counseling, with a strong emphasis on holistic, patient-centered primary care throughout the lifespan.
  • FNPs are expected to promote health, prevent disease, and educate patients to assist individuals and their families in managing both acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
  • Candidates must possess licensure in Oregon and Washington.
  • Collaboration with a team of experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) is essential.
  • Successful applicants will demonstrate self-motivation and confidence in their professional capabilities.
  • Additionally, proficiency in case management and working with diverse patient populations is required.
  • Work in Oregon and WA State You must live in Oregon or Vancouver WA.

  • Psychotherapy: Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions, including talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with clinical social workers, psychologists, and primary care physicians to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications
