Join Butte Premier Physical Therapy as an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist in Chico, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team, helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and needs. Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and families on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient treatments. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California. Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred. Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient care. Paid Time Off (PTO) 2 weeks paid time off (accrued at a rate of 0.04 PTO per hour worked)

Sick Time 40 hours per year to be used however you want

401(k) 4% match (to begin after 90-day probationary period)

Health Insurance $200 per month paid toward your health insurance premium (to begin after 90 day probationary period). If you would prefer to start your health insurance coverage immediately, you will be responsible for the entire premium for the first 90 days.

APTA Dues Paid in full

Continuing Education

In order to work here, the expectation is that you will complete an orthopedic residency, which will be paid for by the clinic in exchange for a two-year commitment. Weekend classes where you travel for course work will not be held against your PTO. Additional mentorship will be provided in addition to the mentorship that is required for your residency program.

Additional weekend courses will be offered to supplement learning and enrich the experience.
