You will be responsible for providing the highest quality of primary care to an established panel of patients. and Duties: · Patient hours are Monday - Friday · Oversee preventive care · Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic conditions · Prescribe and manage medication · Share in the on-call rotation · Collaborate with other physicians and specialists to ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care. · Complete chart notes and documentation in the EHR system in a timely manner according to company protocol.
· Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) is required. · Board Certified / Eligible is required. · Active state medical license · Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize and build a rapport with patients. · Proficiency in EHR (Nextgen is a plus)/ computer skills with a willingness to learn new applications. · Shall speak, understand, read, and write English fluently.
