We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant, (PTA) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Myerstown, PA area. This position is eligible for a $5,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

Provide compassionate, patient-centered Physical Therapy services in the home health setting under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Support patients in restoring mobility, reducing pain, and maximizing functional independence through therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, muscle re-education, and prosthetic or orthotic support.
Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use of mobility and assistive devices, while monitoring progress and communicating patient responses and condition changes to the care team.
Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
Work independently, but never alone
Travel to patient homes within assigned territory
