Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Specialized Home Care 🏡 About the Client Our client is an active, pleasant 46-year-old woman living with paraplegia resulting from a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA). She is highly engaged in her own recovery and is looking for a nursing partner to assist with her care.
While the Aide manages general care, the Nurse is responsible for the following clinical interventions: Bowel Program: Lead and facilitate the routine bowel care management program. Mitrofanoff Catheter Care: Perform catheter management (intermittent or indwelling) ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols. 🕒 Shift Times Schedule: Monday through Friday (M–F).
7:00 AM – 10:30 AM.
Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required) Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided) Strong communication and critical thinking skills
