Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.) Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc. Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive care Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team
Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required) Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
