1 nursing care for an adult client with quadriplegia, including managing tracheostomy, ventilator, and catheter care. Coordinate with a Home Health Aide and the family to support activities of daily living and ensure a safe environment.
Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care). Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition. Coordinate with the HHA and family to assist with ADLs, including dressing and meal prep. Maintain a safe, high-quality, patient-centered environment.
