Provide evidence-based geriatric house calls to older adults within senior living community partners. Manage a caseload autonomously to help patients become stronger and improve their quality of life.
FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Springfield, IL, and the surrounding area, and we’re looking for motivated, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants who want to make a hands-on difference in the lives of older adults. Working closely with a supervising Physical Therapist, you’ll carry out individualized treatment plans, guide patients through exercises and functional activities, and help them rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence, all through FOX’s signature Geriatric House Calls™ model, delivered where patients live. This position is located in one of our Senior Living Community partners.

In Illinois, the standard base pay range for this role is $21.63 - $31.25 an hour with an opportunity to earn more.
Must possess a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice and a degree from an accredited PTA program. Current CPR certification and basic computer literacy are also required.
