Previous experience in dermatology or aesthetics strongly preferred Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems Bilingual (preferred) - ability to communicate with a diverse patient population Strong interest in skin health, cosmetic treatments, and patient education Responsibilities: Greet and prepare patients for dermatology exams and cosmetic procedures Take vital signs, review medical histories, and update patient charts in the EHR system Assist providers with procedures such as skin checks, biopsies, cryotherapy, suture removal, and aesthetic services (e.g., chemical peels, laser treatments, injectables) Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection following sterilization and safety protocols Maintain exam rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for patient care Support front desk operations as needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments Travel between assigned practice locations as needed to provide coverage Deliver a concierge-level patient experience from start to finish Travel Requirements: Reliable transportation required for travel between designated practice locations Locations Required : Monday: Somers Point Tuesday: Cape May Wednesday: Northfield Thursday Alternates: ( Cape May one week, Northfield one week ) Friday: Cape May Key Skills: Proficient in medical assisting, including phlebotomy, vital signs, and specimen processing Familiarity with dermatology instruments and procedures Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques and clinical safety standards Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Experience with EHR systems, patient documentation, and scheduling #SNA2026 Qualifications
