The Intake Clinician serves as the first clinical point of contact, conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and safety risk evaluations. They are responsible for developing initial care plans and facilitating warm handoffs to ongoing providers.

We are currently seeking an Intake Clinician to join our team in Mt.
Vernon.
In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the first clinical point of contact for individuals entering services.
This role focuses exclusively on completing intake and assessment processes in a warm, trauma-informed, and efficient manner.
The Intake Clinician ensures clients are welcomed, engaged, and connected to care as quickly as possible.
This is a fully in-person role - Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
The salary range for this full-time position is $70,000–$80,000, determined by licensure, plus a $5,000 differential for bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency, for a total compensation range of $70,000–$85,000. In addition, there are supplemental income opportunities.
