Assist physicians in preparing and performing diagnostic or interventional angiographic procedures for adult patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Manage equipment maintenance, image management, and respond quickly to changes in patient conditions during emergent situations.

Assists in performing all duties associated with preparing, performing and completing a diagnostic or interventional angiographic procedure under the supervision of a physician.
Responds quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatments.
Requires competence in a variety of equipment and technology and is responsible for image management, equipment maintenance and inventory.
Practices safety guidelines.
Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement.
Assumes on call responsibility.
Technologists must demonstrate an ability to function well under stressful or emergent situations.
