Description We are seeking an experienced Intake Authorization Specialist with expertise in home infusion and a strong knowledge of HCPCS and ICD-10 coding. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our growing business by ensuring accurate and timely authorization of services and verifying patients' insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients. Request authorizations for services as required. Accurately enter patient profiles and medical documents into the pharmacy system. Adjudicate pharmacy benefit claims, including Medicare Part D.
Prior experience in home infusion.
