Physical Therapist About the Clinic This outpatient orthopedic clinic in Grain Valley, MO provides physical therapy care for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The clinic serves a broad patient population, from age 11 to 90, and sees approximately 160–190 patient visits per week. About the Position

The Physical Therapist will provide patient evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, deliver skilled physical therapy services, educate patients on recovery strategies, and monitor progress throughout the plan of care. This is a full-time role with flexible schedule options and competitive compensation. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experienced clinicians may qualify for the higher salary range. Salary $65,000–$70,000 per year for new graduates $80,000–$90,000 per year for experienced Physical Therapists, based on years of experience Schedule Options Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Preferred Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM At-a-Glance Position Type: Full-Time Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old EMR System: WebPT Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 PTAs Growth and development opportunities available

Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, balance activities, gait training, and functional rehabilitation Educate patients on home exercises, recovery goals, safe movement, and activity progression Reassess patient progress and update treatment plans when appropriate Document all patient care in WebPT Collaborate with PTAs and clinical team members to support patient care Communicate with providers and referral sources when needed Help patients improve movement, strength, function, and daily activity tolerance Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Missouri licensure New graduates are encouraged to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills Ability to work with patients across a broad age range Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Consider this full-time Physical Therapist role if you are looking for a professional outpatient setting with competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a clear opportunity to grow.
