The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients to identify functional limitations and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain. Responsibilities include providing hands-on therapy, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients on home care routines.
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient care setting in Lehigh, FL. In this role, you will work directly with patients to help improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and support recovery through individualized treatment plans. This position offers a manageable patient flow of 1–2 patients per hour, giving you time to provide focused care, track progress, and adjust treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
