Physician Assistant credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.
