What you’ll do as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN: As a Home Health LPN, a vital part of the patient's care team is provided by the employee, offering skilled nursing care and support.
This includes tasks such as: Monitoring vital signs Assisting with wound care and personal care Educating patients and families Maintaining medical records Collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications for the Licensed Practical Nurse LPN position: Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology Current license in the State of Pennsylvania Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits.
Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state.
