We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing a variety of in-home care services, including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and respite care. Essential
Personal Care: Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Provide light housekeeping duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, laundry, changing bed linens, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and social interaction, such as engaging in conversation, playing games, and assisting with hobbies.
Respite
Care: Provide a combination of personal care, homemaking, and companionship services to give primary caregivers a much-needed break.
Observe and report: Monitor clients' condition and report any changes to the care team.
Maintain a clean and safe environment: Ensure the client's home is safe and free from hazards. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of documented experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant.
Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
