Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) – Full-Time 3-11pm RiverMead | Peterborough, New Hampshire RiverMead is seeking compassionate, detail-oriented Medication Nursing Assistants (MNAs) to join our care team. As an MNA, you will play an essential role in supporting our residents by assisting with medication administration and providing high-quality, person-centered care in collaboration with licensed nursing staff. Key Responsibilities Provide direct personal care services to residents Assist in the preparation and administration of medications to stable residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with all state regulations and RiverMead policies Administer PRN medications with prior approval from a licensed nurse following resident evaluation Support and monitor resident self-administration of medications, documenting appropriately and reporting any concerns promptly Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including charts, reports, and forms Collaborate with nurses, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to support individualized care plans Recognize and respond appropriately to emergencies Shift Differentials 2nd Shift: +$2.00/hour 3rd Shift: +$2.50/hour Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour (Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday midnight)
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years of experience; long-term care experience preferred Successful completion of Nursing Assistant and Medication Nursing Assistant training programs that meet federal and state requirements Current New Hampshire licensure as a Nursing Assistant and Medication Nursing Assistant CPR certification required Strong communication skills and attention to detail Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable, self-directed, and a collaborative team player with a positive attitude Why Choose RiverMead?
