You’ll provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards What to Expect: No prior dialysis experience required—comprehensive paid training provided Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays May float to multiple facilities during and after training Fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs Requirements: Current RN license in the state of practice ADN required; BSN preferred ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus CNN or CDN certification preferred

Requirements

Requires a current RN license and an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), with a Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred. Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg and specialized certifications like CNN or CDN are a plus.
