The Anti-Trafficking Casework Intern will assist the Anti-Trafficking team in providing services to survivors of all forms of human trafficking. The Anti-Trafficking Casework Intern will identify and provide community resources to clients that improve self-sufficiency. The Anti-Trafficking Casework Intern will also assist with community awareness and outreach efforts. Travel within the Tallahassee region may be required. The hours for this position are flexible; however, will primarily be between 9AM and 5PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend activities. Please note that all internship positions are unpaid. Accepting Tallahassee or Miami candidates only.
The intern will gain knowledge of solution-oriented, strengths-based care coordination for survivors of human trafficking.
The intern will develop skills in trauma-informed, client-centered care.
The intern will develop skills in mapping community assets and resources.
The intern will develop skills in client empowerment and advocacy.
This will be an in-person role.
The internship will be filled on a rolling basis. We will continue to accept applications until August 14th, 2026, or until the position is filled, whichever occurs first. Internship will begin the week of September 8th, 2026.
This position will report to the Anti-Trafficking Casework Coordinator.
