The RN provides telephonic and electronic clinical assessments, triage, and care coordination for primary care patients. They collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure safe clinical disposition and continuity of care.

The listed pay range or pay rate reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time).

Pay Range

$34.90 - $45.83

Position Overview

The Primary Care Nurse Triage Registered Nurse (RN) provides telephonic and electronic clinical assessment, triage, and care coordination for patients within a primary care practice. This role ensures timely, safe, and appropriate clinical disposition based on standardized protocols and professional nursing judgment. The RN collaborates closely with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), clinical staff, and support teams to optimize patient access, safety, and continuity of care.
