TextCare Providers deliver virtual acute care and ongoing patient support through text, phone, and video from our corporate office in Chattanooga, TN. Providers build trusted patient relationships, coordinate follow-up care, and help improve access, outcomes, and overall patient experience within a text-centered care model. Essential Responsibilities Deliver virtual care through text, phone, and video Evaluate and treat acute patient concerns Provide pharmacological treatment through electronic prescribing systems Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, labs, and imaging Maintain continuity of care through proactive communication and follow-up Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience Required Qualifications Ability to work 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday between the hours of 7AM - 5PM EST. Ability to work On-Site at our Chattanooga, TN headquarters. Completion of an accredited NP or PA program Active Tennessee NP or PA license – or willingness to apply for one before start-date Prescriptive authority BLS certification 1+ years of relevant clinical experience
