Shawnee Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) for our Carbondale School-Based and Carbondale Medical Center.
This position reports to the Behavioral Health Program Coordinator.
The LCSW/LCPC will have a variety of responsibilities focusing on behavioral health assessment and intervention addressing mental health concerns, substance use, and chronic health needs.
Responsibilities also include participation in approved training, periodic meetings and peer review.
Starting salary range - $68,320 - $74,655
