Total Rewards As a VCA Associate, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including: Compensation The annualized base for this position ranges from $125,000 to $500,000 and is negotiable based on experience and credentials.
This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
