In this role, you will assume full responsibility for assessing patient needs for physical therapy which includes planning and executing individual treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practiceAlong with providing quality treatment to our patients, you will provide education and support to both patients and their family including written instructions as necessary. You will be part of a great team! You will maintain effective and harmonious collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions. QualificationsWhat’s Required Bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
