This role involves direct interaction with individuals facing various mental health challenges and will provide outpatient counseling services to adults.

Responsibilities

Conduct weekly individual psychotherapy sessions with patients on caseload, appropriately and timely documenting the sessions Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans. regularly assess and document patient progress toward their goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes and enhanced overall well-being. Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to individuals, incorporating various directive modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other eclectic therapeutic approaches. Experience with or willing to learn Ketamine assisted psychotherapy Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals- including psychiatrists, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment effectiveness. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical services in the electronic health record in accordance with regulatory standards. Operate within the core values of respect and care for others. Other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate: Required: Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Current and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Bi-lingual preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, emphasizing program specific assessment, risk assessment, and outcome measures. Requirements
