Market context

California OB/GYN roles remain competitive

California OB/GYN openings are often shaped by strong demand in both hospital and outpatient settings, especially where access to women’s health services is limited. These roles are competitive because employers typically look for board certification or board eligibility, California licensure eligibility, and comfort with a broad obstetric and gynecologic scope. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly compare fit, then confirm your licensure status and prepare examples of recent clinical experience before applying.
