Home Instead is seeking compassionate, experienced Caregivers to support a client with advanced care needs. This role requires strong hands-on care giving skills, experience supporting individuals living with dementia, and the ability to provide comfort-focused care while preserving dignity and quality of life.
Schedule: Multiple care givers will provide 24/7 support
Pay
Competitive Pay - $16 - $18/ hr
Paid training at your regular wage — initial and ongoing training are paid at the Care Pro’s actual wage, not minimum wage.
Paid time off — available after 1 year of service for Care Pros averaging 15+ hours per week.
Weekend differential — $1/hour additional pay for eligible work between Friday at 10:00 PM and Sunday at 10:00 PM.
Awake overnight differential - $1/hour additional pay
