The Medical Assistant supports providers by greeting patients, managing patient flow, and assisting with clinical procedures using sterile techniques. They are also responsible for documenting patient vitals, managing clinical messages, and maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment.
The Medical Assistant works under the guidance of the Center Manager and the Provider(s), to greet patients; relay telephone messages to the appropriate recipients; assist with procedures; and perform various other assigned clinical responsibilities, utilizing sterile and aseptic techniques
