Market context

LMHC roles remain competitive in Massachusetts

In Massachusetts, in-person LMHC openings often reflect steady demand for clinicians who can support adults and seniors with severe persistent mental illness. These roles are competitive because employers typically look for an active LMHC license, a master’s degree in social work, and substantial population-specific experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your licensure details and highlight relevant adult and senior treatment experience in your application.
