The Wound Care Nurse plans, implements, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes using the nursing process. They work collaboratively with other disciplines to provide routine care for sick or injured patients.

Utilizing the Nursing Process, the Licensed Practical Nurse plans, implements, directs and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with all other disciplines on assigned unit.
Our LPN jobs provide routine care for the sick or injured while working in conjunction with Registered Nurses.
Ongoing training will provide you the tools to be successful in your role.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire is required.
