How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver high-acuity nursing care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every patient receives immediate, life-saving interventions and compassionate support. Coordinate the multidisciplinary care team to provide a seamless and holistic experience for patients from arrival through stabilization. Monitor and communicate real-time changes in patient conditions to the medical team, serving as the critical eyes and ears that drive clinical decision-making. Lead the discharge and transition process by collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patients and families are fully prepared for the next step in their recovery.
