Job Overview & Work Site As the largest outpatient therapy provider in the Fredericksburg area, we work directly with over 20 orthopedic MDs and PAs in 8 community clinics affiliated with Mary Washington Healthcare. How we do it. We maintain an appropriate patient caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available.
