Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include:
Conducts comprehensive physical assessments and develops individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and promote overall wellness.
Evaluate strength, coordination, balance, and other key functions to determine patients' abilities and support reintegration into daily life or the workplace.
Treatment includes therapeutic interventions, patient education, and assistive devices, with ongoing revisions as needed.
Contributes to the physician's effectiveness by identifying patient care issues, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing physician directives.
Collaborates closely with physicians and care teams to address urgent patient needs and ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
Other duties as assigned.
Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $91,969.28 - $137,935.92 per year.

Requires a Master's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred), Oregon licensure, and a specialty certification in Pelvic Floor Therapy. Preference is given to candidates with 3 to 5+ years of experience in pelvic floor physical therapy.
