Relevant clinical experience as per physical therapy setting. Outpatient ortho + neuro experience desired.
1. Graduate of a physical therapy program is required. 2. BS required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
1. Current PA Physical Therapy license. 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) is required on hire. 3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).
