Market context
In Florida, Certified Orthotic Fitter roles are typically tied to outpatient orthotics, rehab, and durable medical equipment settings, where demand follows patient volume and provider referrals. These jobs can be competitive because employers often look for current ABC certification, hands-on fitting ability, and a valid driver’s license, while benefits like medical, dental, vision, vacation, and paid time off may help distinguish offers. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your certification status and experience with non-custom orthotic devices before applying.
